Situated on a working farm in Knowle, this contemporary extension draws inspiration from a Rezvani Tank (a ‘tactical’ off-road vehicle) spotted in the clients’ garage and from the comic books scattered throughout their home.

The film follows the family of four as they unwind in their new space before leaping into the outdoor pool. Contextual drone shots reveal the relationship between the farmhouse, the geometric extension, and the surrounding working farm.

On a personal note, this was an especially rewarding project to film. Fabric, the architects, was the last practice I worked for during my previous career as an architect, and I had the privilege of contributing in a small way to delivering this project.
