Arguably the most famous physics laboratory in the world, the Cavendish Laboratory – home to the University of Cambridge’s Physics department – has pioneered some of the most fundamental discoveries in science over the last 150 years.

Through interviews with project Architect Jude Harris and the Head of Physics Professor Mete Atature, this film documents the 3rd iteration of this laboratory, a state-of-the-art facility designed by repeat collaborators Jestico + Whiles.
